Russian School Early 20th Century Oil - Woman Carrying Wood. An unusual portrait depicting an elderly Eastern European woman carrying branches and wood on her back. Presented in a distressed effect black frame. The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and surface dirt.

Marks and scuffs to the frame. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration. Size: 27.1 x 20.6cm (10.7" x 8.1"). Framed Size: 36 x 30cm (14.2" x 11.8"). Includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

We try our hardest to ensure that artworks are described and photographed as accurately as possible. This includes using strobe lighting and colour calibrated screens to colour check our images.
